1. How to manage TPA (Time-Phased Attribute)
TPA (Time-Phased Attribute) definition
TPA enables to manage financial data such labor costs, external costs, revenues, on a timeline following versions (Budget, Planned, Actual,…).
You can define as many costs type and versions as you want.
Depending on data (computed values, inherited values) and your access rights you can see, modify or can’t see some values.

Values can have different background color, depending on color scale parameters (see with your administrator).
Enter or modify a value

Saving is automatic.
Delete a row
Enter several values for a row in the same time: Generate
3 – Select the version.
4 – Select how the value will be distributed.
Total units = 6 000 will be distributed in the cells of the period defined below.
Amount = 6 000.
Period = 6 months → 6 000/6 = 1 000.
1 000 by month.
Units by month = 6 000 will be added in each cell of the period defined below.
5 – amount.
6 – Start date period.
7 – End date period8 – Distribute the amounts following parameters defined.

Remark: Generate action deletes all existing values in the row and version you selected. In example 1, for the “Storage” in “2019-04”, the amount of 10 000 has been deleted and replaced.
